Our stay at LaPlaya was quite enjoyable with great surprises like a full kitchenette and covered parking. The location is excellent, right across from stores and directly on the beach, making it convenient for families. However, the service could use some improvement, especially with housekeeping, and the presence of a certain staff member who used a bullhorn was bothersome during our leisure time.

I've always loved this hotel, especially because of the fantastic staff. Unfortunately, recent changes in management have led to the dismissal of some of my favorite employees, which has turned me away from the place. The hotel's location is perfect right on the beach, and the pool area is nice, but it feels like the overall experience has declined with the recent changes. I'll be looking for different options for my next stay.

I had a lovely overnight stay at this hotel after dropping my son off at college. The beautiful ocean view from my room was a highlight, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. While the room was clean and reasonably priced, I did notice some issues with outdated furnishings and the condition of the carpet. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for a short stay.
